RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY



You can apply for a refund, return or exchange if the order has the following issues:



Designer did not ship the product promptly

Tracking number is invalid or untraceable after sent shipment

- Product quality does not match item description

Serious inconsistencies in product style, size or description


 

If you wish to refund, return or exchange for one of the reasons above, please apply After-Sales request to the seller within 14 days after item is delivered or the order has exceeded the time of receiving. 

 

After your request has been approved, the refund will be issued within 24 hours after the designer receives the returned item. We will guarantee a refund within 24 hours after approval if you submit an unshipped refund request. If at fault, the shipping fee will be borne by the seller.  

 

Please contact and negotiate with the seller for exchange of products and delivery time.

 

We do not support buyers to return or exchange goods without reason;

Unreasonable returns/exchanges must negotiate with seller.
