• How do you ensure the copyright of my design？
  • Jewelry Hunt firmly oppose plagiarisms. We have an exclusive legal team to provide effective copyright protection and traceability for all your uploaded works. Once infringement has occurred, our legal representatives will defend any related entitlement after obtaining legal authorization, and pursue the applicable legal liabilities of the infringers.
• What is your quality assurance standard？
  • We are equipped with in-house laboratories of jewelry processing for all testing items including tension, color fastness, sharp edges and smoke which are requested by our overseas clients. We've also obtained the verification for human rights, anti-terrorism, environmental protection rating and ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate, which reflects our capability of a high-standard factory among the industry.

• What happens after I've uploaded my works？
  • After uploading your design for free-sampling service, the following operation will take place:
    Experts Review / Approval / Production / Quality Assurance / Photoshoot / Product info page / Listing
    These statuses will be displayed as “Pending” before your design are ready to present as Products for sale.
• How can I keep track of the sales volume of my designed products？
  • Every registered designer will have access to a personal Workbench, where you can path all of your sales records under My Earnings. Moreover, all transactions of funds can be operated within this tool.
• What are the features on My Workbench, the ultimate tool as registered platform designer？
  • You will be able to gain access to Smart Factory, Free Sampling and Graphic Services, My Earnings, 3D file Display, Referral Rewards, and more. In addition, a personal-customization option to build your own brand and create an in-depth brand story to display for worldwide clients.
• Are there any fees for your services？
  • Free Sampling Service is absolutely free of charge, where you will obtain an actual sample product, free listing on the platform, and sizeable share of transactions. We also offer Smart Factory and Graphic Service at a very affordable rate among the industry.
